General admission to the Black Heritage Museum of Arlington (BHMA) is free. The BHMA is located at 2611 Columbia Pike,  Arlington, Virginia 22204.

HOURS & ADMISSION HOURS

Thursday 3 PM – 6 PM
Saturday 2 PM – 5 PM

Closed Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Sunday, unless we have a scheduled event or for appointments and engagements. We are closed on the following holidays: Martin Luther King Jr. Day Observed, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Accessibility

Visitors with limited mobility may use the elevator on site or call us if they have additional needs in accessing the facility. For visitors who are deaf or hard of hearing, in need of sign language interpretations can contact us in advance to make arrangements for assistance.
